This hotel is perfect for exploring the city centre of Palermo. It is conveniently located on the 7th floor of a building with many hotels, making it easy to explore on foot. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were provided. Despite the small rooms, they were fully furnished and had good soundproofing. The breakfast was super tasty and had a strong focus on eco-friendly options.
The breakfast could have been better stocked, as some items ran out quickly and were not replenished.

The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I particularly loved the rooms with balconies on the 7th floor, which had a huge balcony with beautiful views. The showers were fantastic, and some rooms even had a terrace. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was perfect, being near the major bus station and close to everything. It was also quite close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. Lastly, the breakfasts were delicious with a nice variety of organic fruit, dairy, and jams/spreads.
Nothing to improve, all was great.

The room was fresh and comfortable, and the location was central and safe. The staff treated us wonderfully and were really nice too make our stay really good. Special mention to Vittorio and the rest of the team who made us feel like VIPs!
Breakfast delights, however, it would have been even better if there were more options for fresh fruit and pastries.

During my Christmas stay, the breakfast selection was satisfactory but the tranquility was really what stood out most. There were only a handful of guests during my stay which provided a very calm and peaceful environment. the location is definitely one of the best aspects since it's close to the city center but also far enough from the bustle and noise.
The overall experience was a bit of a disappointment. the building was difficult to navigate, with no doorman or working elevator.

From the reviews, it's great to know that the hotel is close to the central train station, major bus station, and just a walking distance from Palermo's fantastic historical sites. Lovely getaway
We recently enjoyed a romantic escape in the heart of the city. The hotel's comfortable room featured a nice terrace and a spotless bathroom. We particularly liked the breakfast that offered a great variety of tasty pastries and a good selection of fruits. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to the main landmarks of the city. We also appreciated how helpful the staff was in giving us food recommendations. it was a wonderful stay.
The lack of maintenance in certain areas. The bathroom had a shower with low water pressure, and the loo seat was not fixed securely to the base.
